Bibliometric Analysis of Trends Publications in Scopus Databased themed inulin sausages using R Studios

Inulin is a dietary fiber that can improve the quality of food products, such as texture, product nutrition, or disease-preventing functional food. has begun to be studied in various studies and applied meat poultry, but there have not been many assessing whether research on application inulin sausage products still relevant carried out good novelist research, one way assess novelty theme. Is use bibliometric analysis. This study examines publications Scopus database from 2001 2022 measure number existing using R method. Studied several aspects, namely 1. Annual Scientific Production 2. Most Relevant Author who researched sausage, 3. Country 4. Sources 5. Frequent Words 6. Word cloud related sausage. The results analysis show annual scientific article production growth increased every year 2022; highest was 2019 with 11 articles. most written Pollonio Mar, six Brazil country produces articles, 28 while sources are journal Meat science which frequent words 45 occurrences. Conclusions based analyzed data, sausages limited. And very worthy further research.
